CANDLE TIPS:

Do not place candles near open windows, air-conditioning units or high draft areas (this will affect the evenness of the burn)

The first burn is critical to prevent tunnelling. Ensure the wax melts completely to the edge of the container before extinguishing (this sets the melt pattern) 

Max burn time 3hrs (in one sitting) for the 500ml & 1ltr candles and 1.5hrs for the 250ml. Trim wicks after each burn to reduce soot and debris going into candle.

Do not leave candles unattended. Wait for candles to cool completely before putting lids back on.

DISPATCH:

Please note that all our sculptural candles + 1ltr jumbo candles are made to order and will take 2-3 days to make prior to posting out.

All our 250ml & 500ml container candles are pre-made and ready for immediate dispatch. If stock sells out and new candles need to be poured, you will be contacted immediately to confirm additional time required prior to posting out.

POSTING:

We offer Australia Wide flat rate post of only $12.95 (regardless of how many candles are bought) with all orders being sent via Australia Post Parcel Post with tracking. All tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery times will vary depending on location, but most parcels are delivered within 2-5 business days from dispatch. 

International post is a flat rate of AUD $28 (regardless of how many candles are bought) and are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post with international tracking.

PAYMENTS:

We do accept all credit/debit card payments, Google pay, Apple pay, shop pay + Paypal

FAULTS:

All items sent from our Sydney (Northern Beaches) location with all items being handcrafted & poured, please be mindful of this when buying that they will reflect this. Also, please note that some candles can differ in colour as this is a natural occurrence with wax & oils. If we do miss any faults/issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will resolve as quickly as possible (please include your order number with any correspondence).

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

All care is taken to provide customers with clear, concise information along with photo's showcasing our gorgeous products, please note that we cannot guarantee colouring due to the variations experienced on different devices.

We of course will refund/replace any item that is not in working order or has been broken in transit (* video evidence of breakage with a time/date stamped video will be required - photo's will not accepted).

PRIVACY:

Whilst we do collect your personal information for the purpose of processing orders, we in no way share or make this information available to anyone outside of Luxe & Co. Lifestyle.

All personal financial information is securely encrypted during the payment process and we at no time have access to this information.

Your privacy and security whilst dealing with us is of the upmost importance and all steps are taken to protect it.
